Our journey began with a simple yet heartfelt dilemma—a mother of three, overwhelmed by the daily complaints about crusts, wished for a bread that would keep her children happy without the hassle of trimming away the edges. She couldn’t bear to see the waste, nor could she stomach eating crust after crust just to avoid throwing it away.

 Our team was inspired by this story and driven by a passion for innovation, set out to bring crustless bread to the U.S. consumer. Thus, Crust Away was created—a bread crafted with only seven simple ingredients, designed not just to eliminate whining but to offer a clean, pure taste that elevates every bite.
